Description of Work: I hired 4J's Plumbing to install a tankless water heater at my home. Jeremy is the owner of 4J's and he did a terrific job. Jeremy was always prompt, hard working, and honest. He provided a spot-on estimate for the two day job, and included a "not to exceed" amount on the estimate itself. During the job he kept me informed of the status and had excellent communication skills. He went above and behind the call of duty by helping patch some drywall near the water heater in order to complete a thorough job. Over the course of the last couple of years, I became a landlord possessing my parent's home. This was a challenging time for me and my family. Last summer I called Jeremey for some plumbing work. This winter I asked him to install a natural gas line for a heater. With a small amount of coordination over the phone he showed up with all the parts he needed & ready to go. I've had others spend half the day running around looking for parts. What should have been a half days work turned into a full day because of their lack of planning. Not Jeremey. he's very thorough.

The work was completed exactly as he said & when he said. He cleaned up everything as though he was never there. Throughout the installation he presented options and recommendations that helped me make better decisions.

There's too many questionable plumbers out there. Jeremey is an honest breath of fresh air!!

I am very happy with the professional work of 4J's Plumbing. The company does excellent work at reasonable prices. The owner, Jeremy, and his worker, did a complete tear-out of one of my bathrooms on the first home I owned, in addition to a full renovation of that bathroom. In addition, they did minor rehabs of my kitchen and second bathroom. After each day, the company did a full cleanup of the work areas. When I sold that home, the potential buyers raved about the superb looks of the renovated areas. After I purchased another home, I again utilized 4J's Plumbing for additional repairs and new work, because I knew I could trust them to do a good job at fair prices. Best Plumber in Ventura County! I called Jeremy after getting the run-around from a water heater company. My Morn's water heater leaked and flooded the WH closet and the bathroom. Jeremy came in after hours on very short notice and installed new bathroom pipes and the new water heater. He came after working on another job all day and then stayed until 10pm to finish the job. because he didnt want my Mom to be w/o hot water. He did not charge extra and did a fantastic job in a very cramped space!! He then returned after a carpenter finished the bathroom repairs and installed all new fixtures and hooked them up. It took longer than he expected because of other issues, and he knocked off money to keep the cost down. He is very honest. professional and does great work. He has also worked on my daughter's house and was just as great there! He is also a really nice guy! I will use him anytime I need a plumber in the future.

Honest, Patient and Affordable Our water heater was not producing hot water yet it wasn't leaking or showing other signs of an end of the line conclusion. After testing the unit with a handyman friend of mine based on the diagnostic codes on the unit and not being able to heat the water he recommended his plumber Jeremy to me. He said that Jeremy could get to me a lot faster than he could and if I wanted to explore other options of water heaters such as a tanIdess version that Jeremy would be the individual. He said that he trusts Jeremy with all of his personal stuff and that he is an upright and honest man who will do the best thing for me. Jeremy contacted me shortly thereafter and said that he would be over right away. When he arrived and investigated the unit he said that it was possible that the water heater was fine but the main control valve igniter kit was the culprit. He gave me two additional repair/replace scenarios. One of which I could replace with a larger 50 gallon version or the tankless version since I had inquired about it. He spent a considerable amount of time explaining to me the advantages and realities of each and then walked me through my garage area as to how the tankless version could be applied and what effects that could mean. But first he said, "...let's check your serial number and see if you are still under warranty and take it from there...". After doing so from his van he came back to my door and explained that I had three years left on both the control unit and tank. He explained the difference in price for each option and allowed me to make the best decision for myself. At no time did he pressure me into a higher job. In the end we took the most logical of replacing the control unit for a fraction of the other two options. With three years left on the warranty he agreed that perhaps it would be best for me to put aside money for either inevitable upgrade that I may need after my warranty expires and will need to replace the system. This proved to me that he is in this for the long haul and is not out there looking to make a quick buck but a life long customer.

Best Plumber In The World!

Jeremy and 4J's Plumbing are the best in the field. Jeremy is honest, reliable and the real deal. When we moved to our senior community. Jeremy was recommended to us by our neighbors. I did not know then what a great recommendation it would be. That was only two years ago and since then we have relied on Jeremy for all our plumbing needs big and small.
